SUMMER CONDITIONING SCHEDULE
Monday and Wednesday - 5:00pm until 6:00pm (meet Nikki & Alyssa at the top of the big steps) Friday - 9:00am until 10:00am (meet Jean at the bottom of the big steps) Remember - conditioning is NOT mandatory but highly recommended!!

Frederick Fusion is temporarily located at St. Thomas More Academy: 3989 Buckeystown Pike Buckeystown, MD 21717 Directions from Frederick: Take 270 South Exit at Route 85 South towards Buckeystown Travel about 3 miles and you will see the school on your left It's near the Post Office in Buckeystown If you come to the little town of Buckeystown, you've missed it!
