Our Presidents meetings are open to ALL Board members from the local Leagues in our District, and ALL Board members are encouraged to attend.
All District 42 Leagues are required to review and update their Constitutions every two (2) years. Please send three (3) copies to Western Region for approval. You will receive a copy back after it has been approved. Little League has provided a sample constitution to help you out, if needed. The sample is located on the Handouts Page, in the Little League Forms section.
Also, don't forget that your By-Laws, and Supplemental, Local, or Ground Rules, whichever name you call them, must be reviewed, updated, and approved by your Board of Directors EVERY year. The documents listed above must be approved by the District Administrator and his staff before your games begin.
The changes to the 2009 Little League Rules and Regulations are now available for reviewing online. Click

Some of those changes include:
-
Regulation VI - Pitchers.
-

* - To be updated as soon as the info becomes available.
