During inclement weather on game days, CSA will try to provide information on field closures 60 minutes before the first kickoff. Practices during inclement weather are per team coach. No teams should play or practice when lightning is in the area (use below link to Coaches Information handout to view Lightning Safety Policy).
Also, we encourage all coaches and parents to utilize our hotline when inquirying about rainouts or field closures due to inclement weather. The hotline will be updated by 4pm during the week if it has been raining to inform you of field conditions or cancellations. On the weekends information regarding games, etc. will be posted by 7:45am on the hotline. You may also check here on the web after 4pm during the week and after 8am on weekends.

All parents that are interested in being a coach or assistant coach must complete a volunteer disclosure form. This form is located on www.gotsoccer.com but you must be issued a username/password from our registrar to log on. If you are interested in coaching or have signed up to coach and have not yet completed the background check then you will need to contact Shawna Criswell as soon as possible. Rosters will not be handed out until the coach has been cleared from our State Office. You will need to send Shawna an email with your name so that she can set you up in the system. sjmzcriswell@cebridge.net Once you are set up GOTSOCCER will send you an email with a link to complete the disclosure form online. We appreciate all of those that are volunteering their time to our youth and our association! Thank you : )
Friday, October 2
Effective September 30th, all Coaches/Asst. Coaches must present a State issued team roster before each game to the center referee or timekeeper. These rosters must be shown before the officials will begin the game. Shawna Criswell (605-2444) will be out at the fields this Thursday, Oct. 1st, to hand out rosters to each coach. If you are unavailable that evening then please contact her to make arrangements to get your copy before this Saturday's games.
Also, there will be a binder located at the referee area (near the concession stand) in case a coach does show up without their copy but it will be his/her responsibility to get it before game time. I strongly encourage each coach to place their copy in their coaches bag for safe keeping. The referee will give back your copy to you after he/she has checked in your team. Should you have any questions about your rosters, please don't hesitate to contact Shawna (605-2444).
