Everyone welcome to the website for the Central Arkansas MSBL. We are a 25+ (28+ to pitch) mens baseball league in Little Rock Arkansas. Last week was off to great start !!!!
Last week we got off to a good start to the 2012 Season. Terrance Davis from the Dodgers was the Player-of-the-Week. with a 1 hit shutout of the Rangers. Terrance came within the last batter of pitching a perfect game. Great job Terrance and the rest of the Dodgers. It looks like I'm going to move the Indians vs. White Sox game to another date (Like July 10) to make sure they don't run so late this coming Sunday. I could not find another field as of Sunday.If I don't hear anything by tonight from interested parties I will reschedule in July...
Keep hydrating because it's going to be an extra hot summer. So have fun but be safe. Commissioner-Randall Guard...

first week
The first week of the season went ok. Teams still need to hang around after each game and help fix up the field after EACH GAME. All teams still need to leave the park if you want to hang around and drink alcohol. I warned everybody so next time I see it there will be suspensions. Don't test me on this please. It's already starting to get Hot and Humid, so all need to HYDRATE all week and get ready for some hot Sundays... See you all soon, Commissioner-Randall Guard...

OPENING DAY IS HERE !!!!!!
We are finally here. opening day is at Mills tonight. Here is the PROGRAM at Mills this Summer. There are 2 rakes in 1st base dugout. Home , the Mound and the Base Lines need to be raked after each game. Also the lights need to be turned on AND OFF each nite. The light box is in left field in the alley between the builings. Also make sure the LAST one to leave (Home Team Responsible) LOCKS the Gate, please. I will also bring some clay to fix the 2 spots on the mound. just fill them in and tamp it down with the rakes. EVERY TEAM is to make sure dugouts are clean and the field is in raked shape before you all leave. Please help with this as it shows we care.I will be at the first few games to give managers your Player Cards. At the beginning of each game you need to exchange player cards with the other manager, with ALL Players that are there that night and return them when the game is over. Please DON'T GET CAUGHT CHEATING. It's not worth forfiting a game.If they are not on your roster don't even show up.
So let's all get going on playing Ball and have some fun... Commissioner- Randall Guard.
