California State Games One-Day Tournament Series:
California State Games is a statewide amateur sports festival that is a grass roots program of the United States Olympic Committee. The mission of the Games is to promote and nurture the health, education, and well being of residents by managing a high quality amateur sports event that encourages community participation and provides an Olympic experience from Opening Day Torch Lighting to Athletes Village and Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals.
California State Games One-Day Tournament Series will qualify teams ages 08 to 14u for the State Games in San Diego California July 8-13, 2010. One Day Tournaments will be offered every Saturday and include a 2 Game Guarantee with 2 Teams qualifying for the Championship Game. Gold and Silver Medals will be handed out to 1st and 2nd place teams along with a berth to the San Diego Event in July.
