Bentonville, AR Open Baseball Field Reservations
Fields are reserved on a first email in first reserve basis. Reservations open on Wednesday noon for the next week and will continue until fields are full. Reservations received before opening time will be rejected. Reservations are for the next week ONLY. As separate email is required for each slot requested. Batters Boxes and Pitchers mounds on fields that are set ready for play by the city for game play shall remain in tact. Please respect the lines. **** NOTE LEAGUE PLAY FOR LOCAL YOUTH LEAGUE BEGINS APRIL 18TH. SOME TIMES AND AVAILABILITY MAY VARY AFTER THIS DATE. SOME AVAILABILITY MAY CHANGE DUE TO RAINOUT MAKE UP GAMES. THE CITY REQUIRES 24HR NOTICE FROM THE LEAGUE ON MAKE UP SITUATIONS. THE SAME NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN HERE. WE WILL WORK TO AVOID SCHEDULING OVER AN ALREADY ASSIGNED FIELD IF POSSIBLE. ****
