Burton Youth League, c/o Bob Himmelein, 15705 Tavern Road, Burton, OH. 44021.
In 2006 we entered into a Police Athletic League (GPAL) program in conjunction with the other community based Youth Leagues from the Geauga Youth Baseball and Sotball Association. This afflilation with the Geauga County Sheriff's Department enables us to continue to expand out programs. Our fields at the Geauga County Fairgrounds, are being renovated and we are making several additions to improve the playing conditions. We would appreciate any help in the form of labor, material or financial donations you would care to make. Please contact Bob Himmelein 440-773-9973 or Kevin Cook 440-834-9019 if you can provide any assistance. Team contacts for 2008 will be posted soon.
For the 2008, we have joined the Ohio Hot Stove League, along with the Claridon, Troy, Huntsburg and Pakrman Youth Leagues as well ast the Village of Middlefield and Newbury Rec Board.
