 Coach Nesbitt will be contacting players later this week.  Players need to have ready the following information.  The COBRAS PLAYER/PARENT meeting is Sunday, May 19th at 1:00 PM at the House at Alimagnet Park

1.  Birth Certificate with a RAISED SEAL (NO COPIES)

2.  Playing Fee Check of $550.00 (Checks made out to BA 191. 

Congratulations to all players 

For the 2013 season the head coach of the Burnsville Cobras will continue to be Greg Nesbitt. Greg has been in the Burnsville legion program for the last 19 years; 3 years as a player, 4 years as an assistant coach with the Rattlers, 3 years as the head coach of the Pythons, and this will be his 9th season with the Cobras. Greg lives in Prior Lake with his son Wyatt.

Returning to the Cobra's coaching staff for the 2013 season will be Carter Sackett. Carter played for the Cobras from 2005 to 2007. He is the program's all time leader in Homeruns and RBIs. Carter is a recent graduate from Georgia State University with a degree in Economics and Marketing. Carter was a 2 year starter on the baseball team at Georgia State. Before that Carter attended Iowa Central Community College. Carter will primarily be working with catchers and outfielders along with assisting in hitting.

New to the Cobra's this summer will be assistant coach John Loeffler. John was a player for the Cobras from 2008-10. John still holds the record for highest batting average in a single season, hitting .649 in 2010. John is a senior 1B at Valporasio University. John will be working with the infielders and hitters.
