The Buffalo Wings is open to girls of all ages from modified to varsity level. Players get expert instruction from local lacrosse coaches and have the opportunity to play in regional and national tournaments.

Hot Wings Junior Developmental Program:
A developmental program for elementary and middle school girls who are new to the sport or have very limited lacrosse experience.  CLICK HERE to download information.

Special Tip from Coach Ohtake:
One of the most common injuries in Lacrosse is the ankle sprain. A simple sprain will have you miss about a week of normal practices. A bad sprain will lose your season and may require surgery. A few of the players are using braces of varying qualities.

Coach Ohtake recommends the McDavid 199 (LINK) lace up brace for anyone who has had an injury or wants to prevent having an injury. These braces can be purchased locally at Medco Supply Company. (LINK)

A brace, like any other preventative/protective and rehab equipment, is only good if worn properly. If players or parents have any questions about ways to help prevent potential injuries, be sure to connect with Coach Ohtake.
