Welcome to the Spring/Summer Youth Season.

I have managed to post the workout and race schedule for February on the calendar page!

All ages are welcome.  The first part of the season will be spent running the beautiful trails in our area.  Those who are interested will have an opportunity to do some track running later in the spring.
