Karlie has already gotten her season started in nothing less than spectacular fashion. Not even spending a moment at the frosh/soph level, Coach Nugent knew Karlie had done the work and was ready for prime time right off the bat. She has already finished top 5 in three different invitationals... 4th at Del Oro, 3rd at Rocklin, and 2nd at Nevada Union. She was also 2nd behind Brooke Holt at the SFL league meet. Being in the same league and same division as Brooke - and Courtney, and Kristine, and Christine, and Stephanie, etc - sets up even more dramatic showdowns in the future.
