Allison had a great day at the PAL championships on May 17, 2009. She repeated as mile champ with a 5:51 and also won the 440 and 880. Earlier in the year she broke the PAL league record in the 880 of 2:32 by running 2:31. For 800m that probably converts to low 2:30. Allison is pictured below with Coach Mike Duncan who is her coach at Holy Trinity and her coach with the youth Buffalo Chips. Allison will have to wait one more year to be an official Buffalo Babe as she still has one more year in the Youth Girls age group. We'll save a spot for you Allison, trust me.
