Madeleine is a youth Buffalo Chip and ran a sub-20 5k in 7th grade (19:47 in March)
She also ran a 5:38 full mile coming out of 6th grade in June 2007 at the Dow Bowden mile. Madeleine just took 2nd place in the 2008 Association XC Champs at Willow Hill Resv. on 11/16/08.
Madeleine has gotten her freshman year off to a fantastic start winning the first two SVC league meets. She also won the frosh/soph race at Del Oro and was 4th at Nevada Union (small school). Madeleine has been looking strong and is definitely going to be in the hunt when the D3 section finals get here.
