NEW PR'S FOR BOTH COLO. FROSH KATIE VANATTA POSTS #2 ALL TIME FROSH 2-MILE, MARIE IS 2ND Jordan's 4:42.21 full mile is the fastest freshman mile in the US in 33 years, second only to Mary Decker! That converts to 4:40.38 which is the #1 1600m time in the nation this year. Poor Alex...she runs the 3rd fastest mile in the USA (Her converted 1600 time is 4:41.10.) but loses to the nation's fastest time, for the second week in a row. But of course running the way she is, that's hardly 'losing' :)... amazing job to you Alex! A really good race for Marie Lawrence, but frosh Vanatta posted the #2 all time frosh 3200 ever with a solid and consistent 10:16 with some serious wind going on. (You-know-who has the #1 time!)
