(Top 6 in each race qualify for World CC Meet March 2010)

ENTRY CONDITIONS - If you are running high school track, YOU MUST check with your head track coach and your distance coach and secure the approval of BOTH of them. There is no problem with running as a club member at this race, but this meet is after track season starts, so you/we must have their blessing. There is no qualifier, no standards: we just go. Entry fee of $30 will be paid for by Buffalo Chips Club, plus you must be a 2010 USATF member and a Buffalo Chips Member.

THE COURSE - map to be posted... The course will consist of three 2-km loops.
THE COMPETITION - Dallas Metroplex Striders and Wings of America usually field teams.
DEADLINES - to enter meet... early Feb... BCRC club pays this.

NACAC RACE - Some girls will also be invited to compete at the NACAC race in Florida. .

UNIFORMS
Shimmel (race top) -
Warm-Up -
Race Shorts - Runner Provides, make sure they are all black/ any style
Warm-Up Bottoms - Runner Provides, must be mostly black
Tights/Under Armour - Bring if desired (all black)
Rain Poncho (if necessary) - Runner Provides (to keep you dry pre-race)
We will also provide toss-away gloves and ski cap
SPIKES are allowed and strongly recommended.
