We are looking for serious, hard working dedicated players and parents that are team oriented and looking for an organization they
can grow with. Cardinal athletes develop skills through hustle, heart, determination, hard work, loyalty, consistency and the desire
to play softball at the elite level. A big part of our player development includes building players' "versatility", which will enhance their
play at the next level.

Bay State Cardinals Gold 18U
The Bay State Cardinals Gold are an elite 18U team that only plays in invitational college showcase tournaments throughout the Northeast including Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York and Florida. We offer the opportunity for the talented softball athlete to showcase their softball skills to college coaches.
The Cardinals have helped young ladies pursue and receive scholarships for the college of their choice for over 25 years. More than any other softball program in New England.
