About our league ...........

Those familiar with the town of Brunswick and sports know that the words "Brunswick" and "baseball" are synonymous. Brunswick has posted baseball championship teams at all levels of play. The Brunswick Railroaders Little League is proud to recognize itself as the feeder program for these championship teams. It is in the Little League that players learn the fundamentals necessary to prepare them for the upper levels of play. The BRLL is viewed as one of the most important organizations in Brunswick. It has even been said the president of the Little League has more power than the mayor!

Brunswick's Railroaders Little League Baseball has been in existence since 1954 and is chartered by Little League Baseball of America, Inc. We are a non-profit organization whose goal is to instruct, develop, and provide the children of the community with an opportunity to learn and play competitive baseball. Over the years BRLL has been and continues to be a very successful organization posting several districts and state championships for both boy's baseball and girl's softball. Our proudest accomplishment was in 1986 when the boys 11-12 "A" all-star team represented the East in the Little League World Series at Williamsport, PA

*** BRUNSWICK TO HOST 2012 11/12 YEAR OLD STATE TOURNAMENT ***

It was announced by District 2 Administrator Gregg Quedeweit on Oct 14, 2011 that Brunswick has been chosen to host the 2012 11/12 year old State Tournament to be held in July. President Mike Price said about the announcement, "Once again we got this because of the total package of what we are in Brunswick. Our board, our coaches, our umpires, our complex and other volunteers who help in our league are what sets us apart right now. We were fortunate to show what we could do as a league last year at the 9/10 & 10/11 tournaments. We hit that one out of the park!  Again we could not have done it without all of our volunteers and everyone working together. So thanks again for all your support in helping to make our league what it is today!"  The last time that the Railroader Little League hosted this tournament was 1984.
