For Tee Ball: Under the USABat standard, certified Tee Ball bats (26” and shorter) will feature the USA Baseball mark and text which reads ONLY FOR USE WITH APPROVED TEE BALLS. All Tee Ball bats must feature the USA Baseball mark and accompanying text. Tee Ball bats that were produced and/or purchased prior to the implementation of the new standard can still be used for the 2018 season.

In Loving Memory - Coach Patrick Duffy

Everyone at BRSLL is sadden by the loss of our great friend Patrick Duffy. All the kids he coached with such love will carry those lessons forward as they grow into young men and women - just a small part of the legacy Patrick leaves behind. For anyone who wishes, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made either to "Duffy Educational Fund c/o Donna Lee, 62 Edgewood Place, Belmont, CA 94002" or to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research in Patrick's name at We are so grateful to have Patrick, Charisse, Tim, Thaddeus and Gregory as part of our Belmont-Redwood Shores community.

In an effort to accommodate for Little Leaguers to play with their classmates, and ease the burden on parents and guardians, Little League has amended its residency requirements to allow children to play in the local league whose boundaries where they attend school is located. To verify enrollment, parents are required to provide an official school document, such as a report card or school enrollment form, confirming enrollment in the school for the current academic year.

The school where they attend class must be physically located within the Belmont Redwood Shores boundaries. Please refer to the boundary map (please link on left). Note: This excludes home schools, cyber schools, sports-related schools, sports academies, preschool, or after school where a student participates outside of the primary school the player is enrolled.
