Parent Support: The Bullfrogs need help from parents to host swim meets. Swim meets are the Bullfrogs' only fundraiser. In order to host a successfull swim meet, parent support is necessary.

Medical Form & Emergency Release: Gives the team the information to respond to any emergency.
