The BRFL Preseason Camp is July 30-August 3 at Harvester Park. This camp is optional and requires an additional fee to attend. The fee for BRFL players is $60/player. Non-BRFL players are welcome, but the fee is $85 ($90)/player). This camp is a great introduction the BRFL as well as great way for returning players to prepare for the 2012 season. Performance training is provided by Peak Performance Training (www.getppt.com). Information for this camp is contained in the 2012 BRFL Information file.

- 10:30pm-12:30pm
- Gower Middle School
- $90 ($95) Residents are BRPD, WB, and Gower 62 students
- Wear gym shoes and BRING SPIKES
- Instructors: BRFL Staff and Peak Performance Training.
- Includes: camp shirt and a sport beverage each day
The focus of this camp is offensive backs vs. defensive backs. Skill goals: improved ball handling techniques, footwork, route running, cover skills, pursuit angles, and field strategy. The camp incorporates challenging drills and games that contribute to developing new skill sets as well as the physical performance of each player. The last 30-45 minutes of each day include live scrimmages. Participants are split into groups according to ages and skill level.
