Welcome to the Dolphin Swim Club!
Throughout the swim season, this website will be updated daily with important messages or as new information becomes available! Please check back often. Have some fun pictures you'd like posted to the website? Send them to the Webmaster. Photos will be placed in a "members only" area. Please remember to include your Dolphin swimmer's name if you are requesting access to the Website. If you already have access to the Website and are unable to open pages, please send an email to the Webmaster.
Team members: Please make a note of your username and password. Eteamz has made changes to their websites and will log you off on a regular basis. You will have to log back in to access the calendar, photos, meet results, etc. Message boards have now been created for equipment (buy/sell) and carpooling to practices and meets. Be sure to visit the Message Boards tab.
Advertising at the League Meet
Our League Championship Meet is scheduled for Aug. 1 & 2 at Los Medanos College in Pittsburg. Families can sponsor events for $5 (due to Val by July 23) or place ads in the Meet Program (due by July 13). Information is also located at the Pool.

Swimsuit orders are in
If you placed a late order for a swimsuit, they are now in and will be distributed on Monday, July 6.
The Picture Lady
The Dolphins will have the Picture Lady (pro photographer Kathy Alcorn seen at Forest Park meets and our League meet) at our pool on Thursday, July 9 taking photos for a multi-picture memory package for any who are interested:
§ Four 5x7 Photos (One each Stroke) $30
§ No Sitting Fee – AM (9-11:45) & PM (4-7) in a lane set aside for use
§ You can have your session before or after your practice
§ “The Perfect Shot” because it is your personal photo session!
§ Perfect lighting with no distractions!
§ Photos ready for pick up on July 15th at Forest Park Meet
Monday, July 6 - Sign ups & samples will be posted for a $30 Mulit-Picture Memory package offered by Kathie Alcorn on Thur., July 9th, she comes highly recommended.
Thursday, July 9 - will be taking photos for orders - am practice (9-11) and pm practice (4-7) it is a $30 Mulit-Picture Memory package.
Swim-a-thon
Thank you to all who participated in and volunteered to help with this year’s Swim-a-thon. All pledges are due by July 10th, otherwise late paperwork will void swimmers for individual awards. Winners will be announced on Monday, July 13th.
Awarded to the swimmers who raises the most money.

Meet results
All 2009 dual meet and Invitational results are now posted online through the July 8 Pinole Dual Meet in the Meet Results & Handouts section. In order to view, you must login. If you don't remember your username and password, please contact the Webmaster at BrentwoodDolphins@comcast.net. Meet results are also posted at the pool in a binder at the mailslots.

We are sending out Dolphin email updates weekly. If you are not receiving Dolphin emails, please place a note in the Webmaster mailbox and note your family's/swimmer's name and email address.

In order to protect the privacy of our swimmers, some pages on this site are accessible to members only. At this time, all new team members have been registered to use this site if you have a given the Dolphins a valid email address. All families should check-in for themselves so that they can check the work assignments.
Meet sign out book
Swimmers are encouraged to attend all meets. If you are unable to make a regular league meet (Wednesdays and Saturdays), you are responsible for signing your child out at least one week in advance. The Sign out binder is located at the pool in the mailbox area. Because Invitationals are optional, there is no sign out requirement. It is your responsibility to enter your child by submitting the forms and fees to the Dolphin Invitational Coordinator.
Drop-offs and Pick-ups
Parking along the curb is for pick up and drop off only. Cars should not be left unattended. The high school needs to have curbside access for emergency vehicles and buses dropping off their sports teams.
Aladino's Pizza Fundraiser Cards
There are 22 Aladino's Pizza Fundraiser Cards available for $10 each. Right away they pay for themselves by giving you a free one-topping pizza (a $12 value). If interested in purchasing one of these cards, please place a check (made out to DSC) in the Spirit mailslot and Joy Towse (VP Spirit) will get your card to you.

This year we are offering more Dolphin apparel than ever before! Order early so you are geared up for the first swim meet. To order print and fill out the order form in the attachment below or pick up an order form at the pool and turn in to our Spirit chair Joy or place in the Spirit mailbox slot.

General information regarding the Dolphin Swim Club
The Dolphin Swim Club is a recreational swim team for children in East County between the ages of 4 and 18. Our swim season begins in Early April and ends in mid-August.
Swim Practices: Swim practices are held Monday – Thursday evenings in the pre-season (April – early June) and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday late afternoons and/or mornings during the meet season (June – August).
Meets: Meets are held Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings during meet season (June - August). Meets generally last 3-4 hours. Optional Invitationals are held on some weekends during the season. These Invitationals may be held all day on both Saturday and Sunday.
New swimmer registration: Registration is currently underway for the 2009 Dolphin swim season. As of 3/6, we are full in the Girls 11/12 age groups and close in several others. Swimmers are now being accepted on a first come, space available basis. To register your swimmer(s) for all other age groups, please contact Tracey.
