Subject: Power and Acceleration Training for serious athletes.

I am writing to you to offer your program and organization an exciting and very effective training system. RSA Training took over a year of research to develop. We are not open to the public. We don’t treat obesity, or help the out of shape general consumer. We don’t train football lineman or body builders. We our dedicated to “skill athletes” that play sports that involve a rotation/swing and pivot. Our program is based on four concepts:

        1. Rotational and Core Strength
        2. Acceleration- The first three steps! “Quick twitch” muscle development!
        3. Agility and Balance
        4. Injury Prevention- Shoulders (Rotator cuff) and elbows/Hips, knees and ankles.
WE ALSO HAVE A SAYING:          **80% OF EVERY TRAINING PROGRAM IS DIET**
(We have Logic Nutrition to help with our supplement needs)

Wouldn’t it be great to send your players to a facility that is “sport specific” to their individual needs? Wouldn’t it be better if it was just $20 for an hour of intense “sport specific” training? Don’t get the wrong idea. We are certified Personal Trainers with an extensive background in sports. I myself was a scholarship player at Cal State Fullerton in baseball and have been playing golf and tennis since I was ten.

How can this only cost $20? It’s the system that allows up to 8 athletes an hour to train on their own dedicated equipment. This is not circuit training! The athletes do not move from place to place. They train at one of 8 identical stations. This will be the toughest weight lifting and plyometric training they have ever experienced.

I will make a better offer to your program and players. How about training for only $15 an hour! We want to be YOUR Training facility for your team. We want to help your athletes reach the potential that you as a coach expect them to achieve. We have an affiliation program that I would like to share with you:

1. Minimum of 8 players from your team must participate. ONLY $15 an hour!
2. Your team’s link & logo placed on the RSA Training “team page”.
3. Your team logo displayed at the RSA Training facility.
4. You hang our banner at your games. We don’t want prime outfield fence location, just a spot    where people can see (Snack shack, dugout fence)
5. We will also meet with you to discuss your training method and give a recommendation for your athletes and program.

I would like to have you come down and witness the RSA Training system in action. I’m so confident that you and your players will be satisfied that I will give them all a FREE training session! Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read this offer.
