The Breakers Navy (3-10-1) will play in the Pre-game one-day tournament Sunday July 20th @ Hollenbeck Park (City of Covina) or Orangewood Park (City of West Covina). Game times and Schedules TBA later this week.
The Breakers Navy will then play in the Downey/Gahr Summer Classic August 9th-10th. Game schedules and locations TBA.
Winning is a state of mind, hitting is a state of mind, and talent is what you make of it. For the Long Beach Breakers Navy team, all of the above is very true. As we move forward towards the end of July, the Navy team coaches will push, coach, and work harder to get all we can out of our players! We have alot of baseball left and many battles yet to fight to turn our season around.
Our players -parents and coaches are a team. Together, we can reach our goals and enjoy all of the fun and the rewards that come with it!

Long Beach Breaker Red outfielder Ronald Mc Crea lost his borther to a fatel car crash on the 110 Harbor freeway just before the July 4th weekend. Ronald will remain on the active roster and will return to the team "when he feels the time is right " said Red coach Ron Groff.
Our thughts and prayers go out to the Mc Crea family. If any team mates of both the Navy And Red team wish to pass along there thoughts to Ronald and his family, please contact coach Richard: e-mail lbbreakers@excite.com.

The Breaker Red post season tournaments dates are as follows: Palomino Region tournament July 24th-29th. Hosted @ Jerry Searl Youth Sports Park (City of San Jacinto).
Palomino West Zone tournament July 31th-Aug 5th. Tournament hosted @ Mt. Sac. College (City of Walnut). All schedules TBA.
