&nbsp;Anyone who plans to work with a BGS softball team or sit in the dugout during games, needs to submit an ASA background check form to the league, there are no exceptions. &nbsp;It must be completely filled 
out, signed and turned in a with a copy of your driver's licence. The cost for the backgound check is $10.&nbsp;
</p>
<p>
Managers, in case of an accident on the field or at practice, please download and fill out the accident report and the Bollinger insurance form and hand them to a board member immediately. We would also like you to contact a board member by e-mail (find e-mail addresses under Board tab) to inform them of the injury.
