Welcome to the website of the Baton Rouge Community College Bears Baseball Team. Former BRCC pitcher Cody Hall recently achieved a personal goal when his fastball was clocked at 100 miles per hour. Hall was selected by the San Francisco Giant's in the 2011 draft and is on the roster of the Giant's Class A afflicate Augusta Green Jackets.
Mario Santiago is now playing in the Korean Professional Baseball League. He was drafted in the 2005 draft by the Kansas City Royals and made it up to the Royals AAA farm team before becoming a free agent and signing with the Korean League.
Jose DeLaTorre was drafted by the New York Mets in the 2005 Draft and made it to AAA before becoming a free agent.
