Directions to Marcus Messier Athletic Center at Albertus Magnus College:
I-95 to to I-91 North.
Take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street).
Go straight ahead on Trumbull to Prospect Street.
Turn right and follow Prospect Street about 1 ¼ mile to Huntington Street.
Turn left onto Huntington Street and the Athletic Center is just ahead on the right.

East Haven Pool
Directions to the East Haven Pool:
Take I-95 South to exit 52-North High Street.
Take a left at the end of the ramp.
Go straight through 4 stop lights.
At first stop sign take a right onto Tyler Street.
The school will be on your left.
Take a left into the 2nd driveway.
The pool is in back on the left.

Orange Town Pool
Take I-95 South to Exit 41, Marsh Hill Road.
Turn right at end of exit ramp and follow road as it curves ninety degrees to the left. You will proceed through a stop light, pass by the Xmas Tree shopping complex on your right and come to a traffic light at Route 1 (There will be Shell gas station on your right).
Cross Route 1 and proceed to first stop sign.
Turn left and proceed to first traffic light where you turn right onto Orange Center Road (Route 152).
The Orange Community Center is about 3/4 of mile down Orange Center Road on your right. The pool is in the back. You can park on either side of the building.

Directions to Moore Fieldhouse from Branford:
Take I-95 South to Exit 47 (Downtown New Haven).
Take Exit 3 off the connector and go straight on Frontage Road to the "T" intersection at the Boulevard/Route 10.
Turn right onto the Boulevard.
Follow the Boulevard across Whalley Ave to "T" intersection with Crescent St.
Turn left onto Crescent and follow to "T" intersection with Fitch Street.
Turn right onto Fitch, move into left lane and take first left after pedestrian overpass onto Wintergreen St.
The pool is in Moore Fieldhouse about 1/2 mile down on right.
Park in lot beyond the gym.

From the East: Take Exit 56 from I-95. At the end of the ramp turn left. At first light turn right onto Leetes Island Road. At the second light, turn right onto Route 1 (East Main Street). The Y is on your left, one-tenth of a mile down Route 1.
From the West: Take Exit 56 from I-95. At the end of the ramp turn left. At the third light, turn right onto Route 1 (East Main St.) The Y is on your left, one-tenth of a mile down Route 1.
From the North: Take Route 80 to Route 139. Turn south on Route 139. Proceed past Roses Orchard and take second left onto School Street. At first traffic light, turn left onto Route 1. The Y is on your left, one-tenth of a mile down Route 1.

Traveling from New Haven on I-95 North
On I-95 North, take exit 55. At end of ramp (traffic light), turn left onto Route 1. Turn left at 2nd traffic light onto Windmill Hill Road (Gas station on your left). At 3 way stop, turn left onto Damascus Road. School is downhill on the right. Take the driveway around to the far side of the building. Use the parking lot beside the tennis courts. Main entrance faces the parking lot.

Yale University
Take I-95 to Exit 47, the Oak Street Connector to downtown New Haven.
Take exit 2 off the connector. At the top of the ramp proceed through your first light, move to the right lane and turn right onto YORK ST at the second light (There will be a Walgreen's drugstore at the corner).
Proceed down York Street to the fifth traffic light, and turn left onto TOWER PARKWAY.
At the first traffic light, Yale's Payne Whitney Gymnasium will be on your right.
You can drop off swimmers at the front door of the gym, then proceed down Tower Parkway to the next light. Take a sharp right turn onto DIXWELL AVENUE, then your first right onto LAKE PLACE to the entrances to two large parking lots behind the gym.
If both lots are full, you can go back onto Lake Place to the stop sign at ASHMUN STREET. Turn right onto Ashmun Street and you will find an entrance to another Yale lot on your right.

East Hartford High School
East Hartford HS is located at 869 Forbes Street in East Hartford, Connecticut. Google Maps says it will take about an hour from Exit 56 (Leetes Island Road) on I-95.
DIRECTIONS: The most direct route:
Take I-91 to Exit 25 and merge onto CT-3 North toward Glastonbury.
Go 2.3 miles, then keep left at the fork, following signs for CT-2 West toward East Hartford.
Go 1.8 miles, take exit 5A to merge onto Main Street.
Go 3 tenths of a mile and turn right onto Brewer Street.
Go 1.5 miles and turn left onto Forbes Street.
Proceed 4 tenths of a mile to East Hartford HS

Masuk HS in Monroe
Two Routes to Masuk HS:
A. Take the Merrit Parkway to Route 25 North (that should be Exit 49 North).
Follow Route 25 North to a stop light at Route 111 (Monroe Turnpike).
Turn right and follow Route 111 North for about five miles.
The HS will be on your right.
B. (An alternative route).
Take Route 34 (Derby Turnpike) west from New Haven or Orange.
After you pass under Route 8 in Derby, turn left onto Bridge Street to cross the river, then turn right onto Howe Avenue (Ct Route 110).
Follow 110 for about 6 miles. You will pass the Whitney Farms Country Club on your right.
Shortly after that you bear right onto Old Tannery Road for about a quarter of a mile at which point you turn right onto Wheeler Rd.
Follow Wheeler Road for a half mile then turn right onto Monroe Turnpike (Ct Route 111).
The school will be on your right in about 3/4s of a mile.
