We, representing Branchburg Blaze Girls Travel Softball would like to introduce ourselves to you as a non-profit, private youth sport organization. We are coming to you as a respected Company and business that supports the community of Branchburg and Neshanic Station, in which our residents are either a vital part of your own workforce or important part of your clientele. As the first all youth female private travel softball program Branchburg has ever known, we are asking you to help support our program. Sponsorship Levels
As the first all travel and tournament girls softball program ever in Branchburg Township, our teams experienced the most success ever for a Branchburg based softball program on each level of play! This includes the first ever Branchburg Softball Championships won by the Blaze as the reigning 2003 Mid State Girls Softball League Champions and Monroe Thunder Classic Tournament.
The generous sponsorship support of local businesses like yourself, made all of this success possible and without it, our players could never have experienced the year they did without the quality training, development, uniforms and equipment we were able to provide thanks to you! As part of our sponsorship package, we provide options such as full page advertisements in our ad book, championship sponsorship plaques and professional quality outfield signs and banners that are proudly displayed all season long on our fields as part of your sponsorship. The Blaze has the exclusive rights to the outfield signage for the Branchburg Softball Fields at White Oak Park! We afford your business high visibility at over 100 separate game situations (that’s more than Somerset Patriot Baseball home games) attended by local and surrounding town residents unavailable to any other program.
We hope after the unparalleled success of our 2003 season, that we can look forward to your support this year. Here is a sponsorship form for our upcoming 2004 season explaining the options available to you. Fostered by our developmental philosophy that includes our fall and winter training clinics, that were a huge success in just their second year, we hope to build off of the momentum of our 2003 championship season. As you can see, we support our sponsors in a big way and while we could not provide the quality program we do without your assistance, our membership families give enormous support back patronizing Blaze sponsors and advertising your business prominently here at home and everywhere we play on the road this coming season. In addition, we will provide your business with a charitable receipt for your 2004 tax records for your kind contribution this coming season.
