1. A copy of you child's end of year report card. END OF YEAR 2013
The one you will receive in JUNE. It must include all grades for the entire year.
2. The player contract signed by both you and your child.

What are the current age and weight requirement for Braintree Pop Warner?
Answer: Age is as of July 31st of the current year. See chart below for weight requirements:

NATIONAL POP WARNER Mission Statement (click to view)
All residents of Braintree, Quincy, Milton and Weymouth may participate with Braintree Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading for the 2013 season.
Registration is on a first come/first served basis. Team rosters are limited for each division. Additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list. The Braintree Pop Warner Board of Directors will have final approval of any decision to add additional teams if there is sufficient interest.
Participation in both school tackle football or any other non-affiliated football program and Pop Warner football is not permitted under National Pop Warner rules. A participant found to be participating in another football program will automatically be dropped from the team. The association may seek legal/monetary damage if the association finds the participant had knowingly concealed participation in another football program while participating in Pop Warner football.
2012 SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS
Braintree Pop Warner provides the opportunity for over 250 boys and girls in the town of Braintree, Quincy and Milton to participate in tackle football and cheerleading. As is the case for every youth sports organization, our finances are extremely tight and we rely heavily on sponsors to help keep the program affordable for our youth. Our organization incurs many costs during the course of the year: equipment replacement, field maintenance, insurance, registration, referees, EMTs, transportation, etc. Needless to say, we appreciate every dollar raised. This year we will be offering multiple sponsorship opportunities that center around our website as well as our home games and fundraising events. This is a great way to showcase your business.
