All,
 Please begin to send in the required paperwork for the 2012 Season.
4 ITEMS NEEDED
1.  A copy of you child's end of year report card
(IT MUST SHOW THE FINAL GRADES FOR THE YEAR)
We have started to receive Report Cards already.  These are not acceptable, we require the Final Report Card.  The last day of school is 6/15/12.  Please send in the report card after that date, we will also have a final paperwork night between 6/15 and 7/5.  All paperwork must be in before practice begins.
2.  The player contract signed by both you and your child. (Under HANDOUTS)
3.  The medical form, front completed by you and the back signed by your doctor's office.  This form must be completed before your child can begin practice on AUGUST 1. (Under HANDOUTS)
4.  All new players must submit their ORIGINAL Birth Certificate.  NOT A COPY.  We will make a copy and have it certified. 
(ALL PLAYERS THAT PLAYED LAST YEAR DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT A BIRTH CERTIFICATE)

  • Family Discount, $75 discount on each additional participant.

There is a 10 lb weight limit increase this year in both Midget and Jr Midget

Answer: Age is as of July 31st of the current year.  See chart below for weight requirements:

BOTH BRAINTREE B TEAMS WON HOCKOMOCK CHAMPIONSHIPS in 2011!

 Its OFFICIAL both Braintree B Teams are the Hockomock Champions. 

Our Cheer B Team won the Hockomock League on 10/22/11 and the Football B Team won the Superbowl on 11/20/11.

 

Congratulations to the players, cheerleaders, coaches and parents for an outstanding year.

NATIONAL POP WARNER Mission Statement (click to view)

All residents of Braintree, Quincy, Milton and Weymouth may participate with Braintree Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading for the 2012 season.

Registration is on a first come/first served basis.  Team rosters are limited for each division. Additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.  The Braintree Pop Warner Board of Directors will have final approval of any decision to add additional teams if there is sufficient interest.

Participation in both school tackle football or any other non-affiliated football program and Pop Warner football is not permitted under National Pop Warner rules.  A participant found to be participating in another football program will automatically be dropped from the team.  The association may seek legal/monetary damage if the association finds the participant had knowingly concealed participation in another football program while participating in Pop Warner football.

2012 SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS 

Braintree Pop Warner provides the opportunity for over 250 boys and girls in the town of Braintree, Quincy and Milton to participate in tackle football and cheerleading.   As is the case for every youth sports organization, our finances are extremely tight and we rely heavily on sponsors to help keep the program affordable for our youth. Our organization incurs many costs during the course of the year: equipment replacement, field maintenance, insurance, registration, referees, EMTs, transportation, etc. Needless to say, we appreciate every dollar raised. This year we will be offering multiple sponsorship opportunities that center around our website as well as our home games and fundraising events. This is a great way to showcase your business.
