16U Travel Bearcats

In 2008, the Bearcat’s are proud to add it’s 9th team and the newest member to the organization by introducing our newly formed 16U Travel team. With a mixture of returning veterans and new players, the bar has been raised high for this group as their season officially gets started almost the second they put down their gloves after their school season ends. An aggressive eight tournament schedule (focusing in the Northeast) starting over Mothers Day weekend and running thru August, this band of Cat’s will be tested at every turn, with the highlight being an invitation to one of the premier recruiting tournaments in the country, Perfect Games- BCS National Championships in Fort Myers, Florida. During the week, these Cats will stay fresh and test area Legion and travel programs as they will play over 50 games in this short span. Although they are new, excitement and high expectations are growing, as these boys look to leave their own mark in an organization that already has 2 Nationally ranked USSSA teams.
