PRACTICE

The only way to be consistent in bowling is through practice. Practice gives us the muscle-memory necessary to throw the ball the same way over and over again. When practicing try not to keep score. Work on those aspects of your game that need addressing. For example, if you are prone to
missing 10 pin spares then practice them repeatedly. It seems commonsensical, but keep it simple!
