Bothell Girls Select Basketball: Welcome

Bothell Girls Select Basketball (BGSB) is a competive developmental program for girls living within the Bothell High School boundaries.  We have teams for girls in 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th grades. The teams  participate in the Puget Sound Traveling League against other high school feeder programs.

2011-12 TRYOUTS

Tryouts for the 5th - 9th grade are scheduled on September 15th, 20th, and 22nd at the Canyon Park Junior High School gym.  

 

The dates and times are as follows:

September 15th Thursday: 6:00pm-7:30pm 5th grade, 7:30pm-9:00pm 6th & 7th grade

September 20th Tuesday: 6:00pm-7:30pm 5th & 6th, 7:30pm-9:00pm 7th & 8/9th

September 22nd Thursday: 7:00pm-8:30pm 5th & 6th, 8:00pm-9:30pm 7th & 8/9th

Mission Statement

The purpose of BGSB is to promote the development of basketball skills and life skills for female athletes living in the BHS feeder pattern who have a high level of interest in the game of basketball. The select program is designed to provide a competitive outlet for the more advanced, motivated young players in the area who want to develop their abilities in an accelerated program.
