REGISTRATION INFORMATION
REGISTRATIONS ARE STILL BE ACCEPTED FOR JUNIOR LEAGUE AND 6TH GRADE LEAGUE.
COACHING APPLICATIONS NEED TO BE TURNED INTO A BOARD MEMBER NO LATER THAN MONDAY, MAY 19, 2008.
You may go to the handouts section of the website to print off the registration form, parental code of conduct, and a copy of the rules and regulations. The first two forms will need to be turned in with your registration, along with your payment, and a copy of the athlete's birth certificate in order for your registration to be complete.
