Confidential Manager/Coach Evaluation Form

In order for us to provide your children with the best possible atmosphere in which to play baseball, we ask that you take a few moments of your time to fill out the following manager evaluation form. These evaluations are used in the process of selecting Managers and Coaches for the upcoming Little League season. This feedback is critical to the long term success of our league. Take the time now while the season is still fresh in your mind.
