Instructions: Once you have reached the "On-Line Program" page please do the following:
- Choose either "New User” or “Returning User” tab
- Enter requested information, choose “Accept”
- select:"FL-Boca Jets Lacrosse" from the drop down menu of chapters
- enter code: 1147
- click on "next" to begin program
