 6. a. Tournament schedule was reviewed. It was decided that home teams would be decided by a coin toss. All teams are to bring bases for every game. All scores are to be fwd to Pete ASAP. Prizes for the tournament will be a case of beer for each division winner. If teams were tied, head on record would be the tiebreaker. If head on record cannot determine a winner, all teams who are tied would win within division. If your game is rained out, contact Pete for scheduling on the Saturday morning. If it rains all day Saturday, it was decided that they would not be played. All teams are encouraged to attend the meet and greet Saturday night at Arnolds Sport Bar. Food will be laid on Rain or Shine at 7:00. The league asks all teams to send some reps to show some support. Planned pool tournament, maybe beach volleyball games, music, spouses, girlfriends welcome.

6b. Season Schedule reviewed and accepted. Note: First team listed is home team.

6c.Prize money for the season champs and playoff champs as follows. $250.00 for Season Champ. $300.00/250.00 A Division winner and runner up, $250.00/$200.00 for B division winner and runner up. $100.00 for A and B consolation winners.

6d All scores for season games are to be Emailed to Pete weekly. At this time you must also identify if games were rained out or umpires did not show up. Pete will inform Mike or Bill for action. Rainouts dates will be determined by the team. First come, first serve. Rainout dates are scheduled throughout the season.

6f. Casey asked that the league to try a new yellow cooper ball for this season. He received a special deal from a supplier, since there was a problem ordering the white cooper balls. It was decided and approved that we try the balls. Every team got 1 dozen balls to start the year. 4 for the tournament, 7 home games in the first round plus one spare. If we like them, more will be purchases for the second round. It is asked that all teams try not to lose the yellow balls; all attempts should be made to retrieve them until all teams can build up a reserve. If both balls are lost, old white balls may be used to complete the game.
