BMSPL Minutes from Monday Feb 21^st 2005 Meeting

Teams Present:

The Hound, Keg, Lugnuts, Philthies, Chartwell, Hawks, Envoys(Braves), Mustangs.

- Knights, and Halfwits (Sox are in) have not confirmed for the 2005 season. Bill Carlton to get confirmation ASAP for total team number.

Will reps from those teams please confirm intentions ASAP with Bill C.

- Discussion on Ontario Slo-Pitch liability insurance.($1100.00) Casey to bring in details for next meeting for vote.

- Decided that league dues will be $1500.00 / team with $750.00 due at our next meeting April 4

- Bill McDermott to follow up with Dave Gould re beer tent for mid season tournament.

- It was decided to maintain the playoff schedule as last year running through September.

- Confirmed decision to use non white balls through out this season however teams with left over balls from last year please use first. Casey to order new balls.

- Harold would like the floor at our next meeting to discuss his 4 4 4 playoff format in more detail.

- When final team number has been established Dave Hughes is to email out a draft schedule a couple of weeks prior to our April 4 meeting for input.

- Next meeting will be April 4 2005 7:30pm @ Arnold’s.

- Team reps bring $750.00 league dues.
