All BMSPL League rules will be in effect   

Unlimited substituitons - Teams to Umpire Qualifying Round Games  

Unlimited Arc -  3 Home runs over the fence/team/game then single (runners advance 1 base) 

Lead offs are allowed, no stealing, runner must tag up between pitches  

runner can be picked off at any time in any manner - runner cannot advance on pick off attempt 

Courtesy Runners - unlimited must be last out   

once declared cannot advance past 1st base on subsdequent at bats  

Bottom of 7th inning not played out if home team is ahead  

     

2 points for a win / 1 point for a tie / 0 points for a loss   

Top 2 teams from each group advance to championship Semi Finals  

3rd & 4th place in group advance to consolation Semi finals  

5th place in group advances to C final

1) Head to Head Result    

2) plus/minus among tied teams    

3) plus/minus overall    

4) Most Runs Scored    

5) Fewest Runs Allowed   

6) Coin Flip     

maximum +/- of 7 runs per game
