After School Weight Lifting Program
Our off season weight lifting program is in full swing now. We are lifting after school every Monday, Weds, and Friday from 3pm to 5 pm. If you haven't attended a session yet see Coach Parker to pick up a program and get started.

Dale Rains joins Blue Raider staff
We would like to welcome Dale Rains to our coaching staff. Dale is a former Blue Raider who graduated from Woodbridge in 2005. Dale also played in the 2006 Blue Gold Game representing Woodbridge and as a linebacker at Wesley College. Coach Rains will be working with our linebackers and will be a huge asset to out team.

Coach Perry joins Woodbridge High teaching staff.
Assistant Coach Emilio Perry has returned to Woodbridge High School as a member of their teaching staff. Coach Perry will be teaching Phys ED.
Coach Perry graduated from Woodbridge in 2003 with honors. He was also a gifted athlete playing for the Raiders in football and basketball. In 2007 he graduated with honors from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science degree, majoring in health and physical education. After graduating from U.D. Coach Perry was hired and taught for the Dover school district. He also married his high school sweetheart in 2007. He has been an assistant coach at Woodbridge for the last 4 years coaching JV basketball and varsity football. Coach Perry related that " Coaching helps him to express his love for sports and to teach young athletes what it takes to win and lose not only in sports, but in life as well".
We wish Coach Perry lots of luck in his new position. We also hope that all of our players are inspired by Coach Perry as he represents a true Blue Raider success.

Coach Johnny Parker Returns
We would like to welcome Coach Johnny Parker back to the Blue Raider Coaching Staff. Coach Johnny took a break last year to play for the University of Salisbury as an offensive lineman. He has now returned and will be coaching our offensive and defensive linemen.
