Welcome to the internet home of the Bluegrass Seminoles.  The Seminoles are a 17U select baseball team from the Northern Kentucky area and also a member of the Bluegrass Baseball Club.

The Seminoles participated in the Battle of the Borders tournament over the weekend and walked away with some hardware for their hard work.  The Noles earned the two seed after pool play and started bracket play Saturday morning with wins over Grant County and the Indiana Irish to advance to the championship game on Sunday.

After jumping out to a 5-0 lead early in the championship game against the Michigan Blue Jays, the Noles were holding on to a 9-5 lead when the rain came in the 5th inning.  After a short delay, play resumed and the Blue Jays put on a hitting display and scored 7 runs in the top of the 6th to take a 12-9 lead.  They scored 2 more in the top of the 7th, while the Noles plated 2 in the bottom of the inning to make the final score 14-11.  Congrats to both teams on a great championship game!
