Club Philosophy
Block Party Volleyball Club is designed to provide youth volleyball players the opportunity to improve their skills through instruction and competitive play. Emphasis is placed on learning proper technique.
Practices
Girls
Block Party practices will be held at Center Court Sports Complex, Mount Mary College, St. Bernard’s Grade School, and St. Pius Grade School. Block Party 11’s will practice for 1½ hours, two times a week. Block Party 12’s- 16’s will practice for two hours, two times per week.
Boys
Block Party practices will be held at Center Court Sports Complex, Mount Mary College, St. Bernard’s Grade School, and St. Pius Grade School. Block Party 11’s will practice for 1½ hours, two times a week. Block Party 12’s- 16’s will practice for two hours, two times per week.
Tournaments/Season
Girls
Block Party 12’s- 16’s will participates in 5-6 weekend tournaments during the season from January to late March/early April. Block Party 11’s will participate in 4 weekend tournaments and scrimmages.
Boys
Block Party 12’s- 16’s will participates in 5-6 weekend tournaments during the season from January to late March/early April. Teams may need to travel to Illinois to enter these competitions.
Fees
Girls’ 11’s $475.00
Girls’ 12’s – 16’s $600.00
Boys’ 12’s $475.00
Boys’ 13’s – 16’s $625.00
This amount is used to cover USAV registration, uniforms, court rental fees for practices, coaches’ fees, coach registration & training, equipment and administrative costs. An additional fee may be required for a player’s personal indoor volleyball.
