2011-2012 Binghamton Senators Slapshot Den Signups



For all Binghamton Senators Home Games, we ask every players parents to sign up to run the Slap Shot Den once during the season.  This fundraiser helps lower fees for all players.

Please review the BSENS SIGN UP SHEET and please reply to Patrick Stetson at stethom@stny.rr.com to reserve your date(s).

Registration for for 2011-12 Blizzard

1)  Registration Cover letter - lots of important information.
 
2)  Registration Policy - including payment schedule
 
3)  Registration Form - must be accompanied by non-refundable $75 Registration fee.
 
4)  Consent to Treat (USA Hockey Form)

 

The Blizzard needs your player to register with USA Hockey for the upcoming season. https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/register_form_input.action

 

Registration for USA Hockey will be online this year and must be completed before you hit the ice.  The total for USA Hockey will be $33.00.  When you finish, please email  Margaret Clancy-Darling with your registration number. mclancy5@stny.rr.com

New Girl's League: Finger Lakes Area Girls Hockey League

This season, our competitive teams will be competing in a brand-new girl's hockey league.  

Named "FLAG", it stands for "Finger Lakes Area Girls" Hockey League.    The league has many positives:

  • Schedules will be established for the year in October.
  • More "close to home" teams in which to play.
  • Standings kept.
  • End-of-season tournament.

  • Please refer to the “2010-2011 Player Fees” link on the left-hand column to get an idea of our fees.

    USA Hockey - Heads Up Hockey

    USA Hockey has developed a video for players called "Heads Up Hockey".

    This video is an excellent video to show all ice hockey players the correct way to go into the boards to prevent a head and/or neck injury. It also talks about your most important piece of hockey equipment ----- your helmet.

    Binghamton Blizzard Name and Logo on Sportswear

    The Binghamton Blizzard Girls Hockey Association Board would like to remind its members that it is not permissible to use the Binghamton Blizzard name, logo or emblem on any clothing items, hockey bags or any other purchased merchandise without permission from the Board of Directors.

    Serve Weather Closing Policy

     

     There is a new severe weather closing policy for the BCC Ice Center and Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.  Both will close only when there is a state of emergency issued for Broome County.  BCC Ice Center closings will no longer be tied to the college closing.
