- Original and one copy of your child Birth Certificate this is for returning and new players the original will be returned after weigh in
- 2 Passport pictures
- 2 copies of insurance card
Meet the parents on your teams
Activity for the players and cheerleaders
- Put, Pass and Kick Competition for each team
- Obstacle Course Competition for each team
- Jump Rope Competition

Blitz Fundraiser Nothing to Sell Just Donate Your Old Cell Phone
Chicago Blitz Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization is conducting a recycling fundraiser. There's nothing to buy. We are simply asking you to protect the environment by donating your used cellular phone(s), ink jet cartridge(s), laptop / notebook computer(s), iPod(s), digital camera(s) and digital video camera(s). Your used item(s) will be recycled in accordance with EPA regulations or refurbished and sold. 100% of the proceeds will help fund Chicago Blitz Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization. Look for a donation box at each Blitz event.
Blitz Committees Sign Up
The Chicago Blitz Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization is supported and ran by concerned parents who want their children to have fun and learn about football and cheerleading. We have six committees that need parent participation to make the organization run in a sprit of excellence. We hope that you would part of one of these committees and if not if you could work with one of them. Please email us to sign up for one of the committees or sign up to help a committee.

Practice and Games Football and Cheerleading practice will start August 2009 Monday thru Friday 5:30 pm to 7pm (when school starts practice will be 3 days a week 5:30 pm to 7pm) All Blitz games will be played on Sundays (subject to change)
