2011 BWLL Constitution

This form is for ALL adults (18 years of age and older)wishing to participate as a volunteer in any capacity within the BWLL. Please complete and print this application making sure to include your social security number. Submit along with a legible copy of your drivers license to a league board member. A social security number is mandatory or this application cannot be considered. It is a Little League mandated rule that this form be completed and a successful background check be passed before you can be approved as a volunteer. Once a successful background check is completed this application will be subject to BWLL board of directors approval.
