St. Barnabas Program
The St. Barnabas Health Systems, Discovering Youth Sportsmanship Program is now due. Your team managers will distribute the Blazers team code required for registration via email. Every Blazer family MUST complete this program as it is MANDATORY for the Delaware Valley Hockey League.
Please turn in your Completion Certificate to your team manager as soon as possible. Your manager will then forward the team's set of certificates to the Club Registrar prior to the September 1st DVHL deadline. If you do not turn in the certificate by the deadline, your player(s)will not be able to participate in any ice practices and/or games. If you have a copy of your certificate from last year, you can turn in that copy and you will not have to retake the program.
