Blackhawks present the 4th annual Day on the
Green Golf Tournament Fundraising Event to be held on
Monday November 9th, 2009 at Silver Creek Valley Country Club.
This is a scramble style tournament with an 11:30am shotgun
start and pre T-Off lunch included. Please contact Heather Logan at heather_m_ballard@hotmail.com for

golfer? You can raise money and get
great exposure for your company during this event. Please contact
