5 - Those who have a "0" team balance by June 16th & attend 5 consecutive Saturday workouts, will receive a frees practice jersey and t-shirt.
6 - Measure before buying a helmet: measure 1 inch above eyebrow around head on top portion of your ear. Remember, your ear is inside your helmet.

Injury Procedures
If you have anything that hurts do the following: Rest, Ice (2x a day 12 min each time), Compression (ace bandage wrap), and Elevate when sleeping or whenever possible, and 2 to 4 advils or any other ibuprophen (motrin, aleive, etc). This reduces swelling.
This is called the RICE treatment.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER put any type of heat, gel, icy hot, bengay or anything similar. No "over the counter or TV commercial crap!"

1. All head, arm, and wristwear MUST be team colors. Navy blue or white color only.
2. All players MUST wear team uniform from top to bottom, ie: Helmet, facemask, jersey, pants, socks.
3. Unsportsmanlike Conduct Will Not Be Tolorated!
4. The conduct or misconduct of any player or team reflect's upon and affects the image of the league members and the league. All teams must conduct themselves in a professional manner. All teams should realize they are guests at at someone's field and must leave it in acceptable condition.
5. Any individual involved, participated in, or causing in a fight will be suspended for an indefinite number of games.
6. A second fight involving the same player will have that player or those player's suspended for the season.
7. Any player's or coach's leaving the sideline and become involved in any way with a fight will be suspened indefinetly. There will be a $300 fine levied against the team ownership.
8. The image and integrity of the league is priority. It is every player's and coach's responibility to to maintain it. Any infraction may result in suspension and fine.
9. Teams must notify the opponent of time, date, and location for games based on the following format:
Sunday games - by Tuesday
Friday and Saturday games - by Monday
10. Any changes regarding the game must be communicated to the league and the opponent before Wednesday 6pm.
11. Teams must communicate, explain, make known, and report a forfeit to the league office and the opponent no later then 24 hrs before kickoff time. If not, the forfeiting team will have to pay the ENTIRE referee fee $700.
