Coaches Notice:
All scores need to be reported to bixbyyouthfootball@hotmail.com no later than Sunday noon following Sat. Games Schedules are posted at www.youthfootball.com
Please DO NOT forget to send in your game scores before Sunday of each week you have a game. There is a $25 fine by INFC for getting those in late.
TEAM PICTURES - They will be done at the highschool stadium on Sept. 21st and 28th and again on October 1st. Each teams head coach will be contacted by Cathy Sue Photography to let them know when they are scheduled to have them done.
Practice Lights will be provided starting October 5th

Zach Wertz
On Monday September 7, 2009 the Bixby community lost one of our loved ones. Zach Wertz died in an automobile accident. He was a member of the 3rd Grade Bixby Red football team. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Wertz family during this time. In memory of Zach we will be having stickers for each of the boys helmets delivered next week to the coaches.

COACHES NOTICE
All coaches are required to pass a background investigation.
Background applications will be handed out at the MANDITORY BYFA Coaches Meeting/ Cook Out in July. Coaches are responsible for paying in full the amount of the background check. All back ground applications must be turned in at the Coaches Meeting. Time and Date of meeting TBA
