Welcome Returning Parents, New Parents, and Families that are new to Bixby Schools!
The final registration opportunity for Bixby Youth Cheer will be Saturday June 2nd at the Uniform Swap at Evergreen Baptist Church. The cost for registration is $130. You can complete the paperwork online prior to attending the uniform swap. The registration website is www.sportabase.com. No payment will be accepted online. You will have to make payment at the Uniform Swap.
Uniform swap and fitting will be Saturday June 2nd at Evergreen Baptist Church on 111th between Mingo and Garnett. The swap will be from 9-3. Late registration will also be allowed on this date but full payment for both uniforms and registration will be required.
Cheer camp will take place on May 31st & June 1st at The Home of The Spartans. Camp is from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. for grades 4-7 and 1p.m.-4 p.m. for grades 1-3rd. Please send your daughter with a sack lunch and plenty of water. Shorts, t-shirt and tennis shoes are approprite attire for camp. Please make sure to have hair pulled back out of the face.

*NSF Fees - Please be aware that a $10 fee will be charged by BYFA Cheer for any check returned insufficient funds. Repayment of the check amount plus the $10 fee must be made in cash. Failure to rectify the situation may result in your child being removed from the BYFA Cheer roster and not being allowed to participate in any BYFA Cheer functions for the remainder of the 2011 season.
