I want to thank Tony Hardage, Tony Melugin, and Stacy Howell for being such wonderful coaches to our 7 & 8 year old boys this year. I also appreciate Jim McSwain for running such as terrific little league program in Bismarck. We appreciate all they do and for being such wonderful role models for our boys. We had an awesome season and look forward to next year! Congratulations 7 & 8 year old state champs! Thanks again guys!

Good luck in 2006. Our website was some great photos, especially of my trip to the Little League World Series, where I was an usher; and of the recent improvements to our complex. Please check them out, and feel free to sign our guestbook.

Bismarck Little League

The Bismarck Little League hosted two district tournaments this year. Hosting only one can be an overwhelming ordeal itself, but I figured that two wouldn't be a much bigger load for the league. I was wrong, and I apologize. It was twice as much work.
I want to thank each and every one of you, and I wanted you to know that these two tournaments were as well conducted as any that I have been associated with. There were so many compliments coming from the other teams regarding every aspect of the tournament. Compliments regarding the facility, the umpiring, to the concessions. The most common statement that I heard is "that this is the smoothest ran tournament that they had been involved in. That is exactly how you want your tournament to run....smooth.
That is a direct reflection on the Bismarck Little League and the Bismarck Community. Mostly, it is a indication of the commitment and dedication of the parents and volunteers of this league.
I know it is summer, a time for vacations, trips to the lake, camping, etc., but you chose to be a volunteer. I can't thank you enough for you efforts and commitment. They were two great tournaments, and YOU were the reason why. You represented the league and the community well...and you should be proud. THANK YOU!

ps. Also Thank You Shari....for not killing me. I know you wanted to at times. If it wasn't for ALL that you do....I couldn't do what I do.
